How to earn STSP certificate?

To obtain the certificate, you must complete the form and attach the certificates of completion from the Seafood Technology & Safety Program:
- Seafood safety & risk assessment: from harvest to table
- Seafood quality assessment and freshness evaluation
- Seafood microbiology and quality control
- Advanced seafood preservation using modified atmosphere packaging
- Fish & seafood irradiation: safety, shelf life & processing
- Industrial thermal processing of seafood
- Fish preservation & freezing techniques: maximize freshness & quality
- Advanced seafood processing & safety: extending shelf life
The STSP certificate is one of the prerequisites for obtaining the Seafood Innovation Practices Specialist (SIPS) diploma in the future. It can be an additional advantage when applying for a seasonal or work visa, if one is required.
DID YOU FINISH ALL COURSES?
If you have already completed the Seafood Technology & Safety Program and reviewed all certificates, you can apply for STSP certificate. Take the final STSP test. The STSP lifetime diploma from Maricert Maritime Certification, with full registration in the Certifier verification database.
